What are scholarships available to students for use in any university in Ontario or Canada? I know most are specific to universities, but can be used in every school? I know, the millennium scholarships, but I wonder if there more?

As a rule, they can get scholarships in the province. Not even to use it for school. They are generally based on specific tests of the province at the end of grade 12.
Check with your school. In general, there are many scholarships, most students are not even aware of the local community. It is essentially a question of writing implement and perhaps a short essay. If you get probably because most students do not care.
And as you know, there are many specific grants for specific schools.
If a parent working for a large company, the company can also scholarships available. Even supermarket chains have these things for the children of employees. Sometimes not even connect to the company.
