Low Glycemic Index And Mix If I Mix White And Wheat Flour, Will The Glycemic Index Drop Overall?

If I mix white and wheat flour, will the glycemic index drop overall? - low glycemic index and mix

I like mixing white and wheat flour for wheat flour is better tasting and filling, but wheat flour is almost always pure dense. So overall, cut 1 part flour 2 parts white flour. My girlfriend is on the verge of diabetes, so I wanted to know whether the addition of wheat flour for bakery products would create a total of lower GI foods.

to a reduction is the glycemic load. in fact, that was 86, white flour and use either whole wheat, oats, etc. Even the bread, the low GI pushed and are less processed and are seeing good for diabetics.
