Do You Need A Title For A Utility Trailer In North Carolina Do I Need A Bill Of Sale For A Utility Trailer?

Do i need a bill of sale for a utility trailer? - do you need a title for a utility trailer in north carolina

I think buying a utility trailer that my move across the country, then sellng if I reach my goal. The seller has a title. Do I have to write a turnover from a vendor invoice for me to sell at? Can I have 30 days tags, so we are not through the expensive process of recording to go so I think the sale within 30 days?

It is a car like everyone else. You must have put the title into your name when you buy it. The deed shall indicate the price paid, date and chassis numbers of the trailer. Tags should not be so expensive. But as you move, it is necessary to ask the DMV about your particular situation.

Unless the seller is a fool, your name, write like the buyer is in the title, which means to sell, you must be registered so a title to his name.

Some areas require a deed. It can be handwritten by the seller. Your tax purposes. Plus, the person who wrote the best for you.
Need for the resale of the title.
